I have been thinking what I'm going to do after I graduate from SP.

My mum always told me to be a teacher next time. I was thinking, maybe being a teacher is a better path for me.

So, I wanted to try it out first. And, I went to apply for relief teaching. But I realised that I didn't even satisfy the basic requirements.

" To register as a relief teacher, you must have a minimum of 5 GCE 'O' Level
passes, including a pass in the English Language at 1 sitting."

I failed my english at the 1st sitting...

Thinking that maybe I will get accepted since my maths is stronger, I went to apply.

Few days later, I went to check. This is what I saw...

Sorry, your application for registration as a relief teacher is unsuccessful.
Thank you for your interest to apply for registration as a relief teacher.

Okay. I know why. I should just accept the fact.

I'm thinking, maybe I can't even get into a local university because of the o'level english result.

I think next time when I'm looking for a job, I may get rejected because of that too.

Oh my god~! I now know why they emphasize so much on english in secondary schools.

If I had worked harder to brush up my english... I always thought I could pass the paper with at least a c5. I must be stupid to think like that.

Getting a c5 at 2nd sitting does not help too. =(
