Just now, I went to watch the 'SYCO in Chamber' concert at SCH. It was performed by only a small orchestra. One pipa, one yangqin. one liuqin, one dizi, few hus, etc. First piece not bad. Second piece. Abit abstract. Honestly, I do not really understand this piece. Third piece. William solo piece. Quite a nice one. Listening to it, will make one feel happy. Fourth piece alright. Fifth piece. Huqin solo by a RJC guy. 二泉映月. a famous piece. Quite nice. And.. the last piece. Also not bad. But.. in the end, there is no encore. Abit disappointing. Normally, a CO performance will have at least 1 or 2 encores. Ended quite early. Around 9pm.

Quite some time since I stepped into SCH. Still look the same. By the way, after the performance, I went to get autographs from the conductor and the 2 soloist. Hehhee. Actually, I wanted to take a photo of the whoe booklet which costs $1. But since my bluetooth is not working well, there is no use of taking a photo of it.

And, I forget which piece it is. I love the percussion part. =)
